Arriving at Arvon House felt welcoming, thanks to Adele's warm hospitality. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and had a lovely seating area with a big bay window. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the flat-screen TV to the electric kettle. Afternoon tea with Bara brith was a delightful touch! Breakfast options pleased my appetite. the full Welsh breakfast was cooked perfectly. The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the beach and local facilities, but parking can be a challenge, especially during busy times. Even though breakfast wasn't served on-site during my stay, the numerous nearby options compensated for it. a lovely experience.

the hot water taking forever to come through was quite an inconvenience. And how can one enjoy a stay without breakfast? I simply expected a welcome gift for my troubles. the hosts were friendly, but it still felt like I was just an ordinary guest. I almost gave a good review, but simply couldn't.

Spent 3 nights here with our kids, and it was a delightful stay! The warm and cozy atmosphere complemented by a delicious breakfast each morning was a real treat. The kids particularly loved the freshly baked cake available every afternoon.
My wife says that an outdoor play area for the kids would be great.

Had a fabulous 4-night stay at Arvon House! Upon arrival, we were treated to delicious homemade cake, and our room was spacious, spotless, and included great little extras like a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The hosts, Joe and Adele, were welcoming and made sure we felt at home. They provided excellent recommendations for local eateries just a short walk away. Our stay was fantastic with Joe and Adele being super warm and gracious hosts, and the room was spotless with a comfy bed that made for great sleeps. We enjoyed some chill time in the lovely garden area and the cozy TV lounge, both perfect spots to unwind after a day out. The only small downside was the parking, which can be a bit tricky at times, so I’d recommend getting there early. 😊
